The price is right and the service is great. Dave was my guy, not the underwriter's, and I used Dave's report to check the underwriter's choice of home inspector. Dave's report was completed in much less time and the underwriter's chosen company, and actually I think Dave's report was better. Dave's service was much more personal. I even crwled around under the home with him! Having the report on the website is so easy and fast. The Dave's services are highly recommended.

David was very personable and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a home inspection that is thorough and detailed. Having access to it within 24 hours and being able to access it by internet was a definite plus! I am so excited to buy my home and with David's help I don't have a bunch of worries.

I'm an out of state investor, living in California. I found Dave's services very useful. Without having to visit the property, I got a very detailed report. I used it to get and compare contractor bids. I asked each contractor to address the issues that Dave found in his inspection. Being able to download the report was also very helpful.
