Quality Home Inspection offers a comprehensive home inspection, radon inspection, as well as water and septic evaluations. The pricing of the inspection is dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to: Square footage of home, age of home,  # of hvac units, travel distance from Joplin, MO.  Please contact us for a definitive price for any or all of the above services. 

     Normally, Quality Home Inspection is able to complete your inspection within 4 days of order and you will normally have a computer generated report, including digital pictures, within 24 hours of completion of the inspection. Your report is available for download from the homepage of this site. After completion of the inspection, your username and password will be given to you so you may share it with your realtor, friends, and family.

    Quality Home Inspection is also now offering "phase inspections" for new construction homes.  These are similiar to building code inspections which are conducted if building inside the city limits. These phase inspections are conducted for the foundation, framing, roof, plumbing and electrical, heating and air, and exterior/final. Some of these can be combined if desired and the price varies with the travel distance involved.   Please call for more information.
